Market Research Report

During the Fall semester of my Senior year, I developed an in-depth research report with a project partner for a local business that provided them an analysis of their customer preference and satisfaction. We worked with Patty’s Cakes and Desserts and performed primary and secondary research that included in-depth customer interviews.

Using the information that we gathered, we developed and distributed a two page feedback survey to 101 customers in-store. After analyzing the data, my partner and I complied the results into a final 75 page report.


Non-Profit Marketing Plan

In my last semester of college, I conducted extensive research and developed a one-year marketing plan for non-profit organization. I was given the opportunity to choose an organization involved in a cause that I am passionate about, which led me to working with Tulare-Kings Right to Life located in the Central Valley of California.

I have the privilege to assess their internal and external environment in order to come up with strategies to help them improve identified areas over the next year. This plan focus on creating consistent systems to train, recruit and utilize volunteers as well as propose methods to track and show success to supporters and potential donors.

Target Market Project on Dance Studio Industry

I conducted an extensive marketing report on the dance studio industry that focused on Millennium Orange County and The Edge in Downtown LA. This is a hands on report that includes researching articles and websites as well as face to face interviews with customers and professionals at the businesses we chose. I used this research and analysis to create a hypothetical business in the dance studio industry that focused on the under-served niche in market.
